Welcome New Students,

Today you embark on the next great adventure in your life– college. Today you are moving into your home away from home and for many of you this is the first time away from your families. It may seem scary at first but don’t worry, these will be some of the best years of your life.

My advice for you is enjoy every minute of it. Make friends and best friends. Go outside of your comfort zone and do things you never would have before. Join clubs and organizations. Take advantage of all of the things S.U. offers. But always remember to do your best and get help if you need it. Shenandoah University is one big family and there is always someone there to help.

Best of luck for you all and before you know it it will be time for you to walk across the stage and receive your diploma.
