Crews have been continuously working on the University Inn property. With this progress, the University has said they hope to have students back in the building by the start of the spring semester.
The building expert who drew conclusions about causes of moisture in the University Inn did not step foot inside the building at all.
“I don’t need this money for anything, so I used my money and spent it on a PlayStation 4.”

Best Western General Manager Amy Guzman said they’re, “Really happy to have this partnership with the school.” She said it is “a positive impact both ways for the community.”
Some Shenandoah University students who were moved out of University Inn are not complaining about their new digs.
Student residents of University Inn were told by Shenandoah University officials Thursday that they need to move into other quarters because of moisture problems in the residence hall.
