Student residents of University Inn were told by Shenandoah University officials Thursday that they need to move into other quarters because of moisture problems in the residence hall.

Many went into the housing lottery hopeful that they would get the room of their dreams, but when the time came for students to walk over to choose their future room, they realized that they were not going to be receiving the room they had hoped.
Progress is made on The Village

Caruthers House, named for Preston C. Caruthers and the late Jeanne Caruthers, both known for their devotion to the Shenandoah University students, is the first house of the Village dorms to be constructed, and is scheduled for completion in the summer of this year, just in time for the fall semester.
